Household of Faith.

Let thy bowels also be full of charity towards all men, and to the household of faith, and let virtue garnish thy thoughts unceasingly; then shall thy confidence wax strong in the presence of God; and the doctrine of the priesthood shall distil upon thy soul as the dews from heaven.
So, I wonder: if one has charity towards *all* men, wouldn't that by nature include "the household of faith"? Why was this phrase added? Is it redundant? Or is it drawing special attention to this for some specific purpose? Seems to me the answer will lead me to additional understanding, enlightenment, yeah even light and knowledge.

Corey Young shared with me a thought that the Household of Faith could mean our priesthood leaders -- thus we should excercise especial charity towards our leaders, probably in the sense of being charitable and forgiving of their shortcomings as they do their best to fulfill their stewardships. This seemed to make sense, given the leadership context of this section.
Thinking more about this: I realized that those who are being instructed here are Priesthood Leaders. Thus, it is Priesthood Leaders who must excercise especial charity towards the Household of Faith. In fact, the exhortation toward charity is included as a 'bullet point' in a list of righteous means of maintaining power or influence. Sort of a 'How To Excercise Righteous Dominion.'
